Kupe-Muanenguba: CPDM Bigwigs Lead Rigorous Campaign For Biya

Led by Minister Elung Paul Che, the team braved the odds and staged campaign rallies in Tombel and Bangem over the weekend.
Bigwigs of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) in Kupe-Muanenguba Division, South West Region, have set the ball rolling to give President Paul Biya a hundred per cent vote from the division for his re-election bid.
The party bigwigs, led by the Assistant Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Elung Paul Che, who is the Vice President of the Campaign Coordination Team to Kupe-Muanenguba, have been touring the division to canvass for votes for the CPDM flag-bearer.
Despite the socio-political tensions in the region which has shaken security, the CPDM bigwigs braved the odds to storm the division, clad in CPDM fabric and carrying Paul Biya’s campaign gadgets. Not even a deadly attack on Elung’s convoy by some armed separatists could deter the Minister and other CPDM members from staging their campaign.
Over the weekend, campaign rallies were held in Tombel and Bangem, paving the way for the door-to-door campaign strategy adopted by party hierarchy.
