Diplomacy : Two Ambassadors Present Accreditation Letters

Djiddi Bichara Hassan of Chad and Catharina Geertuida Maria of the Netherland handed the advance copies of their letters of credence to Minister Mbella Mbella on November 21, 2019.

The newly designated Ambassadors of Chad and the Netherlands have presented the advance copies of their accreditation documents to the Minister of External Relations, Mbella Mbella on November 21, 2019. Ambassador Djiddi Bichara Hassan of Chad and Catharina Geertuida Maria Tjoelker-Kleve of the Netherlands with residence in Cotonou were each received in two separate audiences during which the accreditation papers were presented. Netherland’s Ambassador who was first to be received was born on December 14, 1956 and has a postmasters in conflict management after obtaining a masters in sociology and rural development from the University of Wageningen. Going by her professional career, she is a result-oriented person and is committed to the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a development specialist having served in Ougadougou, Guatemala and other countries.
