Ensuring Peace, Stability : Minister, UN Official Exchange Ideas

External Relations Minister, Mbella Mbella on February 19, 2020 accorded an audience to the United Nations Systems Coordinator for Cameroon, Allegra Baiocchi, during which both personalities exchanged views on guaranteeing peace and security in the country especially in the North West, South West and Far North Regions. 
Giving further details on their discussions, Allegra Baiocchi said she exchanged with the Minister on the situation in the North West, South West and Far North Regions of Cameroon with the Minister underscoring efforts being put in place by the government to bring back stability and peace. With regards to the recent happening in the North West precisely in Ngarbuh village, Ndu Subdivision in the Donga-Mantung Division, she said, “The Minister assured me of government’s responsibility to fully protecting civilians.
