As the government, local administrative authorities, charities and elite from across the country rally their people to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus or COVID-19, those from Nwa Subdivision in Donga-Mantung Division of the North West Region are not left out. 
Hon. Adamu Edward Lambe, the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM Member of Parliament for Donga Mantung East Special Constituency and the Mayor of Nwa, Menyong Lawrence, over the weekend bought and distributed 100 buckets fitted with taps, hundreds of face masks and dozens of cartons of laundry soap worth 1.2 million FCFA. The distribution, which took place in Nwa, the subdivisional headquarters and Sabongari, the commercial hub, was accompanied by sensitisation and demonstration sessions on how to put on face masks and wash hands.
