Building Self Esteem : Youths Trains on Job Techniques

A workshop on that question took place on December 22 in Douala.

Obtaining a job in Cameroon upon graduation has been a hard naught to crack for some Cameroonians. Some have been unable to build good Curriculum Vitae to sell themselves and ideas while a lot more have challenges in writing a good application for a job. With all these, “Mission Emploi” on December 22 began organizing a series of training workshops to accompany job seekers along the process of obtaining a job and meeting up with the challenges of the professional environment. During the first workshop entitled “How to unleash growth during your job Search” the Youths received lessons on how to develop their self esteem, self presentation, building a professional curriculum vitae, social media presences and a lot more.
According to the Promoter of Mission Emploi, Laetitia Tiani Vessah it was an opportunity for her to empower her peers on how to have gainful employment. She said her organization is determined to dish out skills to young Cameroonians on how to present themselves well in a job interview, responding to questions during job interviews and a lot more.
