They topped the medal table with 31 medals; 17 gold, seven silver and seven bronze in the competition that ended on Friday June 24, 2022 in Yaounde.

The 15th edition of the FENASSCO B Games rounded off at the Yaounde Ngoa-Ekelle Stadium on Friday June 24, 2022 with the Centre Region emerging overall winners. Unfolded under the theme; “A healthy and safe environment for school sports without COVID-19”, over 1,400 athletes displayed talents in 11 sports disciplines in five venues. These are the Presidential Guard Sports Complex, the playgrounds of the National Institute of Sports and Lycée Leclerc, the Ngao-Ekelle Stadium as well as the Yaounde Omnisports Stadiums and its two annex stadiums.
Speaking at the closing, the Minister of Basic Education, Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa congratulated the local organising committee for the successful organisation of the games. He used the occasion to call on parents who are still dragging their feet to have confidence in the coaches and allow their children to participate in the FENASCO League B Games as the Ministry of Basic Education is encouraging living together and that the children are Cameroonians and their children too. The high point of the closing was the final of the football match pitting the Centre Region against the Adamawa Region. The Centre Region carried the day after beating Adamawa 3-1. Two of the goals by the Centre Region were scored through penalties. The major innovation for this year was the participation of athletes with disabilities.
