Cameroon-Saudi Arabia : Expanding Educational Cooperation

External Relations Minister, Mbella Mbella received in audience on June 27, 2022 the Chargé d’Affaires of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Cameroon.

Intensifying cooperation ties between the Republic of Cameroon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were discussed at the Ministry of External Relations. This was during an audience the Minister of External Relatiosn, Mbella Mbella, granted the Chargé d’Affaires a.i (Acting Ambassador) of the Saudi Arabian Embassy, Abdulrahman Ibrahim Alzaben on June 27, 2022. 
The diplomat told reporters after the audience that “We discussed bilateral relations and how to grow our friendship. The Saudi Arabia-Cameroon relation is as old as I can remember,” he stated. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Alzaben added that they exchanged on Saudi Arabia-Cameroon Bilateral Agreement with focus in the educational sector. He noted that the two countries have cooperation in education and look forward to further using the collaboration to intensify ties. The Chargé d’Affaires a.i also appreciated the availability of the Minister of External Relations in enhancing diplomatic ties between Cameroon and Saudi Arabia.
