National Institute of Youths and Sports : Board Members Validate 2021 Budget Execution

Members of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Youths and Sports (NIYS) have congratulated the Director of the institution, Edmond Ebal Minye, on the good management of the institution and for the quality and clarity of the documents presented during the 8th ordinary session of the Institute’s board meeting. The session took place on July 6, 2022 and was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Adoum Garoua. 
The session was principally devoted to the examination and adoption of the 2021 administrative account, the 2021 management account, the material management account and the control report of budget management for the 2021 fiscal year. After examining the report, Adoum Garoua noted with satisfaction the different ways the budgets have been executed. At the same time, the Board Members also examined and adopted the resolution authorising the carry forward of the actual result of the sum of FCFA 14,841,813 as surplus from the financial year 2021 to this year. Board members also acknowledged the recruitment of some assistant permanent lecturers in the NIYS as well as the registration of some full-time lecturers in the Institute.
