Territorial Command : Transfers, Promotions For More Efficiency

President Paul Biya on July 14, 2022 signed a series of decrees appointing and transferring new officials in Regional Governors’ Offices, Senior Divisional and Subdivisional Offices.
In the days ahead, the different officials appointed in the respective territorial command structures will be commissioned into their functions. The President of the Republic, Paul Biya on Thursday, July 14, 2022 signed a series of decrees appointing Secretaries-General of Regional Governors’ Offices, Inspectors-General of Regional Services, Senior Divisional Officers and Subdivisional Officers.
In the appointment, most of the officials are transferred and many others promoted. Henceforth, the Secretary-General of the North West Regional Governor’s Office, Bassilekin Georges Magloire Emmanuel is promoted from the position of Subdivisional Officer of Bamenda III. That of the West Regional Governor’s Office is Epente Tazeu Adray who was previously Inspector-General of West Regional Services. Concerning Inspectors-General of Regional Services, the new one for the North West is Saidou Moussa, previously Subdivisional Officer for Mbven and that of the West Region is Suh Patrick Ndele, transferred from the South Region.
Fourteen Divisions in six Region are affected by President Biya’s appointments with new Senior Divisional Officers at the helm. In the Centre Region, there is change at the helm of Nyong-et Kelle and Nyong-et So’o Divisions. Bomba-et Ngoko and Lom-et Djerem in the East, Logone-et Chari, Mayo-Danay and Mayo-Kani Divisions in the Far North. In the North Region, only the Mayo-Louti Division is concerned with Sadi Gilles Christian as new Senior Divisional Officer, then the Upper-Plateau and Menoua Divisions in the West Region. Four Divisions are touched in the South West Region and they include Fako, Kupe-Manenguba, Lebialem and Manyu.
