World Women’s Military Championship : Cameroon Eyes Final Spot

The military Lionesses beat Germany 3-0 in their third game in the competition on Sunday July 17, 2022 in Spokane, USA.

The national women’s military football team have recorded their third victory at the ongoing 13th World Women’s Military Football Championship hosted by Fairchild Air Force Base and the United States Delegation in Spokane, Washington. Cameroon beat Germany 3-0 during their third outing on Sunday July 17, 2022. The victory has kept the dreams of the military Lionesses alive. Cameroon’s goals were scored by Suzie Biandji, Brenda Tabe who all scored in the first half and Naomi Eto’o who scored the third goal at the 80th minute. Cameroon squandered several scoring chances towards the end of the encounter. The victory was the third for Cameroon in their last three outings in the competition. During their first outing Cameroon beat the United States 2-1 and in their second game they thrashed Ireland 12-0. 
Cameroon has now consolidated their leadership position in group A with nine points after three matches. The military Lionesses will play their last group game against Belgium today, Tuesday July 19, 2022. Belgium has already been eliminated with zero point. ...
