Football : U23 Lions Get New Technical Staff

The technical bench of the national U23 football team has been revamped. Guy Feutchine has been appointed as the head coach of the U23 Lions team. The information is contained in a press release signed by the President of the Cameroon Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o Fils on July 18, 2022.
In the release the President of FECAFOOT announced that the new staff has been appointed at the national U23 football team. According to the release Guy Feutchine is the new head coach of the U23 Lions team and will be assisted by Laurent Djam. The new head coach, Guy Feutchine was deputy to the current national team head coach Song Bahanack in 2018 when the team took part in the African Nations’ Championship. Cameroon put up a poor showing at the competition. Guy Feutchine has worked as in Greece.
