North West : Agrifood Actors Learn Best Practices

Heights and depths of the Agricultural and Food processing sub -sector was topical recently in Bamenda when actors took home lessons on how to achieve in enhancing activities. The event was a concertation workshop during which the North West Branch of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Promotion Agency featured experts with lessons to boost Agrifood SMEs in the TRANSFAGRI Programme.
 It was all about helping matters for visibility and the proper animation of the North West basin in the food processing sector and the value chain. Platforms for exchanges and the education of stakeholders on the stakes of business registration and the role of Accredited Management Centers and Incubators equally featured on the agenda. It was against this backdrop that the Regional Director of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Promotion Agency, Anthony Ngwa challenged promoters of Agrifood SMEs to embrace opportunities offered by the Integrated Programme for the Valorisation and Transformation of Farm Products and Agrifood (TRANSFAGRI) and enhance activities.
