Is breakfast indispensable for school children, if yes what is the best for such meal?
Breakfast is one of the most important meals for a human being especially for kids. Children need good nutrition as their bodies and their brain are still developing. The perfect breakfast should be rich with protein and fibbers, for example scramble eggs with avocado and vegetable (cucumbers, lettuce or tomatoes) with brown bread. Another example of a perfect breakfast is an overnight, oatmeal with Soja or Almond milk with fruits and one yogurt. Breakfast is thus indispensable for school children who need energy to concentrate on their studies.

What are the healthy eating tips for children while in school?
Parents should make sure they pack lunches and snacks for their kids, especially because they will not always be around to control what the children eat. Furthermore, they should teach their kids how to be content with what they have as lunch because we are all aware sometimes kids like to skip lunch under the pretext that they do not like what has been prepared.
