Maroua Military Hospital : Comfort To Wounded Soldiers

The Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence, Joseph Beti Assomo visited the Maroua Military Hospital on October 5, 2022.

The Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence, Joseph Beti Assomo on October 5, 2022 extended words of comfort to the soldiers who had been wounded in the war front, especially in the war against Boko Haram and currently undergoing treatment in the Maroua Military Hospital. 
The Minister used the occasion to wish the wounded soldiers prompt recovery. Minister Beti Assomo also congratulated the medical staff under the Chief Medical Officer, Colonel Fouda Bekolo. The Chief Medical Officer told the Minister that the hospitalized wounded soldiers are old cases and disclosed that for the past six months, they have not received any new case. Even the old cases, he said, are largely fewer than what they had in previous years. The hospitalized soldiers attested to care and good treatment received in the health facility.  Minister Beti Assomo asked questions and was edified on the functioning of the health structure and future plans.
