Housing, Cocoa Production : US Consortium Signs Support Documents

The American company, Huffine Global Solutions on October 12, 2022 signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the government of Cameroon to help boost the construction of affordable housing, road construction as well as the production and processing of cocoa in the country.
Prime Minister, Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute presided at the ceremony to sign the Memorandums of Understanding at the Cabinet Meeting Hall of the Prime Minister’s Office. The Chief Executive Officer of the Huffine Global Solutions, Edwin Huffine signed for his structure. For the government of Cameroon, the Ministers of Urban Development and Housing, Celestine Ketcha Courtès and the Minister of Mines, Industries and Technological Development Gabriel Dodo Ndoke performed the ritual.
Talking to the press specifically about what the consortium will be contributing, Edwin Huffine said, “We are going to be bringing affordable housing. We are going to create a new factory that uses some of the rocks and basalt here in Cameroon to make a product that can be exported worldwide to create jobs and income for the nation.”  He added that, “We will be supporting new road development and also be helping in cocoa production, harvesting and processing.” On the perspectives, he said, “Our focus will be the success of the Memorandums of Understanding, while exploring other new areas with our partner companies that can help Cameroon transform the natural resources of the nation into sustainable health and prosperity for her people.” Officials of Huffine Global Solutions were in Cameroon at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic as a manifestation of interest for the country. “We found Cameroon to be an incredibly beautiful nation with much potentials,” Edwin Huffine said.
