Karim Benzema is the winner of the 2022 edition of the Ballon d’or 2022. He won the trophy ahead of Sadio Mane and Kevin De Bruyne. The Real Madrid forward was awarded the trophy for the best player of the year for the first time during a ceremony that took place in Paris yesterday October 17, 2002.
