Cameroon Baptist Convention : Equity, Truth In Church Governance Reasserted

The Executive President, Rev. Dr. Charlemagne Nditemeh over the weekend ended his maiden visit to the Yaounde Field Council of CBC Churches.

The Executive President of the Cameroon Baptist Convention, CBC, Rev. Dr. Nditemeh Charlemagne on Saturday, November 5, 2022 concluded his first official visit – since his election in November 2020 – to the Yaounde Field Council of CBC Churches. The pastoral area comprises the Centre and East Regions, and parts of the West and South Regions. Rev. Dr. Nditemeh, who was accompanied by the CBC Chairman, Yosimbom Mkong John, was received in Etoug-Ebe Baptist Church, Yaounde from November 4-5, 2022 by pastors, church leaders and the Christians. Who were led by the Rev. Jumbuin Enoch, the Pastor of the Yaounde Council of CBC Churches.
Addressing Christians, Rev. Dr. Charlemagne recalled that his tenure had a three-prong objective - ensuring truth, equity and holistic development. He said truth had for long suffered in the church more than in the world. Just like tribalism has destroyed the CBC. He insisted that it was better to tell the truth and die than tell lies consciously.
