Diaspora : Karichma Ekoh Wins Italian Cup

Indomitable Lionesses’ handball player Ekoh Karichma is marvelling the world in Italy. Joining AC Life Style Erice just this January 2023 and half way into the season, the handball player has already added a trophy to her cabinet. She won the Italian Cup as Handball Erice beats Brixen in the final of the competition 33-29 on February 5, 2023.
With nine goals scored, she participated greatly to the success of her club. But before the final, Ekoh had won the award of Most Valuable Player in the semi-finals. With this recent performance, Ekoh Karichma continues to inscribe her name as one of the most valuable assets Cameroon currently has in handball. Coming from Chambray Tourraine Handball in France, the player hopes to continue to shine. This is Erice’s first Cup title and Ekoh’s first title in Italy. It should be recalled that Ekoh won the Award of the Best Right Back in the Handball 2021 Africa Cup Nations hosted in Cameroon as well as led the team to its two successful second place finishes in the competition.
