Cameroon’s Embassy In USA : Ambassador Lauds Nation Building Support

Cameroon’s Ambassador to the United States, Henri Etoundi Essomba, has hailed the Cameroonian diaspora in the country for their contribution and support to government’s reforms aimed at promoting nation building, peace and prosperity. The Ambassador made the remark on May 20, 2023 as the diplomatic mission celebrated the 51st National Day. He further called on Cameroonians in the diaspora to continue to show their support for the construction of a “modern Cameroon” based on the spirit of love, patriotism and national unity. “We want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to all compatriots of the diaspora in the US for their openness and support to government’s reforms,” Ambassador Etoundi Essomba stated.  
He also saluted the strong and friendly bilateral relations that exist between Cameroon and the United States of America. The Ambassador lauded support from the United States to Cameroon, especially in the areas of security, judicial and economic affairs.
