Fighting Unemployment : IUG Churns Out More Enterpreneurs

This was during a ceremony that took place in Douala on October 13.

The University Institute of the Gulf of Guinea - IUG has graduated a new batch of students. The ceremony that was presided at by the governor of the Littoral region, Samuel Dieudonne Ivaha Diboua, was a moment for the graduates to receive accolades for a job well done. It is on record that IUG scored a 94.05 % pass at the BTS and a 92.32% pass score at the HND examination. Moreover 12 students from IUG were in the national honors roll.
With such outstanding results, the governor of the Littoral region, who represented the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, called on the students to be good ambassadors of the school. He urged the graduates to create more jobs and reduce unemployment rate in Cameroon. He sounded off that they have received the necessary skills that will permit them to be self-employed and join the ever growing job market.
