Transfers : Local Players Move Abroad

In search of greener pastures, more players have left their home-based outfits to pen new contracts beyond the national borders.

The Cameroonian league is witnessing an exodus of some of its talented players as they seek opportunities abroad. These players are chasing greener pastures, hoping to further their careers on a bigger stage. Ikpeme Stephan Aniekan, Ygor Rincesse Tsolefack, Yannick Noah are some examples. 
Ikpeme Stephan Aniekan and Ygor Rincesse Tsolefack all moved to first division Zambian side Nchanga Rangers Football Club. The club made the announcement recently on its official Facebook page. Aniekan, a midfielder, joins from Fovu of Baham, while defender Tsolefack arrives from Apejes of Mfou. Tsolefack brings international experience, having played for Cameroon’s U-23 team.
