Global attention is no doubt focused this Friday July 26, 2024, in Paris France where the official opening ceremony of this year’s Summer Olympic Games will hold. President Paul Biya of Cameroon who arrived in the capital of the French Republic Wednesday is one of the guests of honour. The Cameroon’s Head of State is honouring a dual invitation served him by his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, and the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach. After the State House reception, the over 120 Heads of State, Government and other world sovereigns will move as a delegation to the Trocadéro, where the remaining elements of Olympic protocol and final shows will take place.
