Women Exhorted To Live The Gospel

The 8^th Conference of the Baptist Women’s Union of Africa for Central Africa ended in Douala recently.

On the theme: “Arise, shine” (Isaiah 60:1a), over 800 women and 200 men and youths convened on Akwa, Douala, from Angola, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon.

Cameroonian women from the Cameroon Baptist Convention, CBC, the Native Baptist Church of Cameroon, NBC, the Union of Cameroon Baptist Churches, UEBC and the three Baptist churches that are members of the Cameroon Board of Protestant Churches, CEPCA, also took part.
