Star Building : Morocco Pledges to Share Infrastructure Experience

Prime Minister Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute on November 14, 2019 afternoon granted three separate audiences.


Thursday, November 14, 2019 afternoon was a busy moment for Prime Minister, Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute as he granted audiences to  separate delegations.
One of the audiences was with the  Moroccan delegation led by  the  Minister of  Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water Resources, Abdel Kader. They are in Yaounde for the African forum on infrastructure whose opening ceremony was presided over by Prime Minister Dion Ngute. After the audience, Minister Abdel Kader told the press that the infrastructure forum in Yaounde was important for it will  foster regional integration. Stating that the delegation he  was heading was one of the biggest ever in Cameroon, he said  Morocco had made a lot of efforts in the infrastructure sector, citing roads, motorways and railways . “We have done this with our own experience, enterprises, engineers and that is why we think it is important to share the experience,” he said. He said the “experience could be shared with our brothers in Cameroon.” In order to foster regional integration, Minister Abdel Kader said Morocco was  working on many big integration projects. He cited the motorways from Morocco to Egypt intended to  link the countries in economic and social development. “We need to work  together,” he advised.
Institute Pasteur Officials
The Director General of Centre Pasteur in Yaounde, Elisabeth Carniel also brought officials from Institute Pasteur in Paris, France to have discussions with Prime Minister Dion Ngute. They included the Board Chair of Institute Pasteur, Christian Vigouroux and the Director General of Institute Pasteur, Stewart Cole among others. They are in Yaounde for the scientific symposium.
Talking to the press after the discussions, Elisabeth Carniel disclosed that the directors of the 32 Centre Pasteur institutions all over the world were in the Yaounde   for the symposium. She said the Prime Minister stated the importance of Centre Pasteur  Institute to Cameroon through...
