Bafoussam : Supporters Flood Grandstands

The Bafoussam Omnisports Stadium was exceptionally busy on Friday January 14, 2022. Contrary to the image of an empty stadium noticed during the first playing day in group B at the Kouekong Stadium the second playing day was highly attended by fans. A total of 8, 177 spectators were at the Kouekong Stadium to watch the two matches of the day. The heavy attendance at the stadium was thanks to the efforts of the Elite of the West Region who took the initiative to facilitate the movement of supporters to Kouekong some 18km from Bafoussam to watch the beautiful matches in the newly constructed stadium. 
As early as 8:00 a.m. 70-seater buses were seen along the streets of the city of Bafoussam loaded with football diehards and heading towards the Kouekong Stadium.
