Media Centre : Festive Atmosphere In Garoua

In most international competitions, media centres are indispensable. It is a hub where accredited media men get access to game statistics, team sheets, videos and photos of the different competing teams. In Garoua, since the start of group D matches, the newly refurbished, splendid media centre of about a hundred-seating places at the Roumde Adjia stadium has been receiving media men of all walks of life since the start of the competition. Day-in-day-out, local and foreign media men do troop in with the hope of getting firsthand information. For the past two weeks, different media men from Nigeria, Egypt, Sudan, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Comoros and Tunisia have crisscrossed the centre working hand-in-glove in a cordial atmosphere.
