Dschang : Population mark 20 may with enthusiasm

An enthusiastic crowd of over 25.000 people, comprising school pupils and students, university students, cultural and social groups, and militants of political parties all turned out in jubilant style at the DSchang ceremonial ground to give the 50thNational day the pomp and gaiety it deserved.
The ecstatic occasion in Dschang was presided over by the SDO for Menoua division, Godlive  Mboke  Ntua. The spectacular highlight in the Dschang ceremony was the superb organization by the militant and security forces, that culminated in the SDO  Mboke  Godlive, inspecting the guard of honor of various detachment of military, Gendarmes, police and ex-service men.
Another spectacular highlight was the detachment of a special squad of the 51stMotorize infantry Battalion (BIM) from Bamenda, commanded by Captain Abrahim  Njoya, Chef of Battalion,1 and 4 of S1 BIM,that thrilled the Dschang anxious population with a buoyant march past in top military regalia.
Meanwhile in over 2hours 30minutes colorful civilian march past, social and sporting groups, political parties, pupils and students carrying the effigy of the Head of State, brandishing the national colour, sang patriotic songs and paraded past the grand stand to the admiration of the authorities that mounted ...
