Goalkeepers : High Uncertainties

If the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have been one of the most successful African national teams, a large part of their success could be attributed to their strong goalkeeping prowess. André Onana who has been first choice for the Lions for a while now features among one of the four goalkeepers shortlisted for the two friendly matches in South Korea in preparation for the 2022 FIFA World. His name has appeared in most, if not all, the lists made public by Head Coach Rigobert Song since he took command of the squad. But his position of being among the first 11 in the upcoming World Cup maybe shaky with clear indications that he is second choice for his new Inter Milan side.
