SDF : Reorganisation, Commissioning Of Officials Continue

Party officials are on the field implementing the resolutions of the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting that took place in Yaounde on July 23, 2022.
The Vice Chairman of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) for the Centre Region, Aloys Parfait Mbvoum has in a press release announced that the commissioning into office of officials of the basic organs will start from September 15, 2022. He specified that the ceremonies to commission the officials whose election was approved during the previous National Executive Committee meeting of the party that took place in Yaounde, will start with Mfoundi Division. Elected officials in other Divisions of the Centre Region will be commissioned as from October 15, 2022, he stated.
The commissioning into office of SDF officials elected during the reorganisation of the party’s grassroots structures that range from Electoral Wards, Electoral Districts, Divisional and Regional Executive Committees is one of the recommendations of the previous Yaounde NEC meeting that was presided at by the SDF National Chairman, John Fru Ndi. Following the instructions given in the NEC meeting, elections in all party grassroots structures have to be completed by December 2022. The SDF third National Communication Secretary Kejang Henry told Cameroon Tribune that almost 80 per cent of the party’s basic organs have been reorganised. The renewal of the executives of the SDF basic organs is in prelude to the party’s national elective convention that will take place in 2023.
