Algeria- Senegal : Epic Battle Ahead

The two teams will face each other in the final tomorrow February 4, 2023 at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers.
The Desert Foxes of Alegria will take on the Teranga Lions A’ of Senegal in the final match of the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN 2022) tomorrow February 4, 2023 at the Nelson Mandel Stadium in Algiers. The match has been scheduled to take place as from 8:30 p.m. Tomorrow’s clash promises to produce a lot of fireworks as the two football power houses in Africa will be seeking to take home the coveted trophy for the first time in their history. It is the first time the two teams are reaching the final of the competition designed for players playing in the national championships.
Algeria thrashed Niger 5-0 in the semi-finals at Miloud Hadefi stadium in Oran on January 31, 2023 to reach the final. Four of Algeria’s goals were scored in the first half. That was Algeria’s best performance since the start of the competition. Aimen Mahious scored two goals. The USM Alger attacker now has five goals to his credit. For tomorrow’s final, he will surely be an assert to the team that has not conceded any goal in this competition. Coach Majid Bogherra will also bank on the skills of Ayoub Abdelaoui, Zinedine Belaid and Youcef Laouafi, among others.
