Bayern Munich : Choupo-Moting’s Contract Extended

Cameroon’s international forward, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has seen his contract at Bayern Munich extended for an additional year. The striker’s former contract was expected to end in June 2023 but he will now stay until June 2024 after having penned a recent deal with the Bundesliga record champions. The contract extension does not come as surprise to many as the forward has been boiling in fine form. The 34-year-old has 16 goals in all competitions this season, which is the best return of his professional career and with just over half of the campaign done. 
The striker also recently boosted his worth in the German top flight championship with a recent impressive statistic.
