Presidential Reconstruction Plan : More Projects Promised Donga Mantung

North West Regional Governor Adolphe Lele Lafrique on March 22, 2023 assessed progress on ongoing potable water supply project, hall and visited the Nkambe Regional Hospital Annex.
As a reward for their commitment to peace within the context of the ongoing security and socio-political crisis affecting the North West and South West Regions, the Governor of the North West Region Adolphe Lele Lafrique has promised that more projects contained in the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of two regions will come to Donga Mantung Division.
“The Head of State has instructed government and administration to move one step forward. They are still going to bring more projects here thanks to the maturation of projects that have been done here by the Nkambe Council. The Mayor conceived the projects and submitted to the Presidential Plan.” The Governor made the declaration in Nkambe, capital of Donga Mantung Division on March 22, 2023 during his economic tour. He had a guided visit of the potable water supply project, Nkambe Regional Hospital Annex, Government Practising School where is found pupils dressed in their uniforms with teaching activities going on normally as well as the Nkambe Multifunctional Centre for Youths and Women constructed by the Council within the framework of the Presidential Plan.
After visiting the projects during which he got succinct explanations from the Senior Divisional Officer for Donga Mantung, Simon Nkwenti and the Mayor of Nkambe Council, Musa Shey Nfor, Governor Lele Lafrique said the projects came because of the peace reigning in the area.
