West : Regional Council Partners With Rabat Region

The West Regional Council and the Region of Rabat-Sale-Kenitra, in the Kingdom of Morocco, have signed a convention agreement on regional cooperation and development, aimed at maximising socio-cultural and economic benefits of their respective populations. The regional development initiative between these two Regional Councils of Rabat-Sale-Kenitra in the Kingdom of Morocco, represented by, Rachid El Abdi, President of the institution and Dr. Jules Hilaire Focka Focka, President of the West Regional Council, who both signed for their Councils, on June 18, 2023 in Bafoussam, shall work together on projects in areas of economic development, investment promotion, support to entrepreneurial skills, renewable energies, agriculture, information and communication technology, professional training, decentralisation and its meaningful role in development, marketing and trade and good governance.
