2023-2024 Professional Championships : Clubs Polishing Up

The teams are busy with recruitments, trainings, friendlies and actions to meet up with the exigencies of the Cameroon Football Federation.

The Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) has reminded clubs via a circular dated August 3, 2023 of the procedure of acquiring national licences and the conditions of participating in the 2023-2024 season of the MTN Elite One Championship. Amongst the criteria is having a female football side. The circular states that clubs have up to September 1, 2023 to deposit their files for the obtaining of National Licences. 
The Federation equally made public the formalities of the registration of clubs of the MTN Elite one, MTN Elite Two and Guinness Super League Championships for the 2023-2024 football season. Amongst which, having U-15 and U-17 youth teams as well as beach soccer and futsal teams. FECAFOOT has equally called on the different professional clubs to organise their general assemblies before the beginning of next season. All these circulars are to put the clubs on tract as they brace up for upcoming championships. The clubs are caught up among selection tests, recruitments, friendlies and all activities to meet up with the FECAFOOT exigencies.
Elite One side, Colombe Sportive of Dja and Lobo for example has a new technical bench with Jean Francis Ndongo Emma appointed Head Coach. The Club equally had its general assembly meeting where a road map for the new season was drawn.
Newly-promoted side Victoria United is rather already soaked in trainings. The team started an early pre-season campaign on July 10, 2023 with some new faces in camp.
