2023 Cup of Cameroon : Preparations Afoot

The 62nd edition of the Cameroon Cup will take place at the Yaounde Omnisports Stadium on September 24, 2023. In this light, preparations have begun ahead of the prestigious event. The first preparatory meeting took place in the conference room of the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education on Friday September 8, 2023. The purpose of the meeting was equally to install the committee members in charge of the organisation of the event. 
Speaking at the occasion, Minister Mouelle Kombi called on the members to take up the challenge of innovation and adaptation, of a harmonious organisation with the utmost rigour, unfailing commitment and total availability. “I urge them to get down to work. This is an ideal opportunity for us to confirm to the whole world our ability to organise high-level sporting events with panache. The organisational and sporting success of this traditional occasion is an imperative for our ministerial department,” he said.
