Cameroon Friendlies : What Shape For Lions?

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon will play two international friendly matches against Russia on October 12 and Senegal on October 16, 2023. The two matches will be in line with the October 2023 FIFA period. In this light, the head coach of the Indomitable Lions has selected 24 players who will represent the country in the Russia and Senegal friendlies. One week to the friendly matches, Cameroon Tribune takes a look at the players called up by Coach Rigobert Song Bahanag according to their different compartments.
Coach Rigobert Song’s list is made up of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, five midfielders and eight attackers. The new comer in the group is 24-year-old Frank Magri who plays for French Ligue 1 side Toulouse. Magri is being called up for the first time in his career. Apart from Frank Magri, Jerome Ngom Bekele, Pierre Kunde Malong and Jean Charles Castelletto who were not part of the team that faced Burundi on September 12, 2023 in Garoua in the 2023 AFCON qualifier are back in the Indomitable Lions’ den.
