Has the soil of the Democratic Republic of Congo brought her more problems than happiness? This question has come up several times during national and international forums. The answer to this question might not count much. What is important for the country is a long lasting peace. For the past decades, the different stakeholders have been yearning. After several fruitless international peace talks with some culminating with the sending of multinational troops in the war zones, here comes another opportunity for the population to take a major decision for their country.
