Tournoi de France-Caen 2023 : Cameroon Will Be Present

Cameroon is among the top teams in the world. The national women’s handball team will participate in the 2023 edition of the Tournoi de France Caen 2023 that will take place at the new Palais des Sports in Caen, France from November 24 - 26, 2023. The competition which is organised by the French Handball Federation will bring together four countries. They are Cameroon, Senegal, South Korea and France. The different teams are expected to face each other in a friendly tournament that will serve as preparation for the Women’s World Championship. Ahead of the international friendly, the players of the national women’s handball team are training in their hideout in Yaounde in order to put up an honourable performance. For the Lionesses of Cameroon, the competition will be their last phase of preparations before heading to Helsingborg, Sweden for the World Cup competition. It will be an opportunity for the head coach, Tabet Njantou, to evaluate his players before bringing out the final list of players to defend the coulours of Cameroon at the world Cup.
