Ahead of the double confrontation against Egypt, the young Lionesses had their second friendly match at the CAF Excellence Centre in Mbankomo on December 25, 2023.
The U-20 women’s team of Cameroon celebrated Christmas on December 25, 2023 in camp at the CAF Excellence Centre in Mbankomo. The junior Lionesses had a friendly match on that fateful morning against the U-17 boys of Academie La Grâce; a game which ended 1-0 in favour of the Cameroonian team. Later in the day, they had a convivial moment where the team used the opportunity to thank the President of the Cameroon Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o as well as the Vice President, Céline Eko for all the efforts they are putting in for them to have the best camp. In effect, the U20 women’s team of Cameroon are preparing for the double confrontation against Egypt on January 12 and 19, 2024. It is the last round qualifiers to the 2024 U-20 women’s world cup to be staged in Colombia.
