North West : Cameroon Muslim Community Association Is Born

Muslims across the national territory were in Bamenda on Saturday, January 20, 2024 to participate in the launch of a dynamic association which is aimed at ameliorating the lives of the Muslims community in Cameroon.
The pioneer President, Barrister Unusa Karimu told them that the problems of Muslims were well examined during the "All Muslim Development Conference" that took place on May 27- 28, 2023 through research presentations and workshops. Some of the problems include youth deviance and disempowerment, lack of health facilities that operate with Islamic norms, low level of schooling and very limited Islamic schools, gender inequalities and lack of an Islamic bank. The President, Unusa Karimu while addressing his fellow brothers and sisters gave them reasons to be hopeful and not panic because the "new baby" has come with renewed hope with the help of the Almighty Allah.
It is against this backdrop that resolutions were taken to address the problems with the immediate launch of a saving of FCFA 100 each day by approximately one million Muslims for a start, for a period of one year which will enable them begin their projects.
