Dylan Batubinsika : Light For The Future

Dylan Batubinsika, is the light for the future of the Democratic Republic of Congo team. The 
27-year-old midfielder put up a remarkable performance during the third place final match between the Leopards of the DR Congo and the Bafana Bafana of South Africa at the Félix Houphouët Boigny stadium in Abidjan on Saturday February 10, 2024. The Leopards of the DR Congo had to settle for a fourth place after they lost to South Africa on penalties. Despite his side's defeat, Dylan Batubinsika was voted Man of the Match. That was in recognition of his fine performance during the match. 
The St. Etienne defender had an imposing performance deep in the DR Congo defense. From his performance, it is obvious that the DR Congo can still count on him in future competitions. After receiving his trophy, Dylan Batubinsika said he and his team mates will only remember the positives from their performance of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Côte d’Ivoire 2023.
