Victoria United : Minister Nalova Lyonga Congratulates Champions

The air was enveloped with joy and celebration when the Minister of Secondary Education, Nalova Lyonga lifted the MTN Elite One Championship trophy conquered by Victoria United of Limbe. This was during a ceremony at the Centre For Distance Education in Yaounde on April 23, 2024 within the framework of the trophy tour. A host of other dignitaries including the Minister of In charge Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic, Paul Ghogomu came to share in this moment of joy. 
Minister Nalova Lyonga, an elite of the South West Region, was elated to see the South West Regional outfit popularly called One People One Power (OPOPO) dominate local league. Her words of congratulations echoed throughout the ceremony. It was a victory, which she did not only see, but worked for thanks to the numerous aids she had been giving to the football outfit. 
The President of Victoria United, Valentine Nkwain recounted that the presence of the Minister at the final game against Stade Renard, greatly galvanised the team to victory; talk less of the numerous supports she had been giving. To Victoria United, Minister Nalova Lyonga is a mother par excellence. A mother that cares for her children and is ready to give in all what she has to see them succeed.
