Chantal Biya National VTT Race : Preparations Afoot

Preparations have begun in the country ahead of the second edition of the Chantal Biya National Mountain Bike Race.  In this light the first preparatory meeting took place at the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms yesterday July 23, 2024 at the MINFOPRA Club in Yaounde. The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, Joseph LE, elite of the East Region and Promoter of the event presided at the meeting. Minister Joseph Le was joined by the Secretary General of the Cameroon Cycling Federation, Bruno Eloumou who represented the President of FECACYCLISME, Honoré Yossi. The meeting brought together members of the organising committee and partners. 
Speaking at the occasion, Minister Joseph LE gave a flashback of the first edition which he described as successful. He used the occasion to thank the members and partners for their enormous contributions towards the success of the event. He said it was a successful event, but much still needs to be done. He expressed the wish that the next edition will be better. The Secretary General of FECACYCLISME gave an exhaustive balance sheet of the first edition. He said work will begin in the different committees as from now.
