The tennis event in the Olympic Games will be one of the sports disciplines that will be highly watched during the Olympic Games in Paris. The tennis competition will take place from July 27 to August 4, 2024. The world will once again watch top tennis stars display rich talents in the sports discipline when they will get into action in at the Stade Roland Garros, Paris, typically the location of the French Open Grand Slam. Germany’s current Olympic champion, Alexander Zverev will seek to claim his second gold medal, while Serbia’s Novak Djokovic searches for his first.  Focus will be on two-time Olympic champion, Britain’s Andy Murray, who recently announced his retirement after the Paris Olympics.
Djokovic, Andy Murray, Kei Nishikori, Sara Errani and Elena Vesnina are all set to compete in their fifth Olympic Tennis Event at Paris 2024. Just eight other tennis players have taken part in five or more Games in Olympic history. Djokovic and Nishikori are set to play solely in the singles event in Paris, while Murray is currently scheduled to compete in both singles and doubles alongside Dan Evans with Errani and Vesnina featuring in doubles, partnering Jasmine Paolini and Ekaterina Alexandrova, respectively.
