Buea : CPDM Fako III Counts Successes

The 42nd anniversary celebration of President Paul Biya’s accession to power in Buea was characterised by rallies and prayers for peace at the Independence Square.

Members of the Fako III section of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM, in Buea, have celebrated the 42nd anniversary of their Party Chairman, President Paul Biya’s accession to power. The remarkable festivities were fronted by party members of the CPDM, who took firm commitments to keep the flame of the party ablaze. The Section President for Fako III, Barrister David Mafani Namange, said it is time to stand behind Republican institutions and accompany the Head of State in the development strides he has engaged in for the past 42 years. He urged CPDM party supporters to accompany the Head of State in the pursuit of peace, national unity and development. Various speakers at the ceremony, enumerated the various achievements of the Head of State in the domains of health, education, socio-economic development for the 42 years of President Biya’s New Deal Regime. WCPDM Fako III Vice President, Enjema Vevanje, praised President Paul Biya for standing tall as the wiseman of Africa and the father of Cameroon’s Democracy.
