Public Service: Stakeholders Assess Reforms, Chart Wayfoward

Government reform officials and public service users met in Buea on June 3, 2025, to assess the pace and impact of reforms spearheaded by MINFOPRA.
This South West Region stop is part of a national awareness campaign that will conclude in Douala on June 28, with Minister Joseph LE leading the final session. Insights from all regions will be compiled and sent to the Prime Minister, who is expected to ensure the recommendations are integrated into national law. Inspector General Woulsou Jacques, speaking for South West Governor, lauded MINFOPRA’s achievements. “The reforms have made public service delivery more transparent and efficient. The Governor remains fully supportive,” he stated. Dikoume Batindi Hervé Brice, Head of the Regulations, Forecasts and Personnel Control Division at the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, highlighted digital progress. “AIGLES has streamlined career management, but we must keep pushing— bridging digital divides and ensuring secure, performance-driven systems.” Also, SIGIPES National Coordination Head Ntifa Moïse showcased tech improvements, including a modernized web portal, realtime file tracking...
