The Cameroon Cycling Federation has confirmed that the dates for its four major international events have been officially listed on the International Cycling Union calendar for 2026.  The information was made public in a note published on December 15, 2025. According to the note, the Cameroon International Cycling Tour is scheduled to run from June 5 to June 14, 2026. The Chantal Biya International Mountain Bike Race in Bagofit will take place from August 7 to August 8, 2026, providing a platform for mountain biking specialists to showcase their technical prowess on Cameroonian terrain. September will feature two high-profile events: the Ongola International Cycling Grand Prix on September 1, 2026, and the Chantal Biya International Cycling Grand Prix from September 2 to September 6, 2026. 
The communique emphasizes that these four international cycling competitions are the product of tireless efforts by the Cameroon Cycling Federation in close collaboration with public authorities. It highlights the development, promotion, and visibility of cycling in Cameroon, across Africa, and around the world as central aims.
