The launch earlier March 2026 followed the recent elevation of the Communication Ministry of the Cameroon Baptist Convention to a full department.
The Cameroon Baptist Convention, CBC on March 12, 2026 launched its television station, the CBC TV, marking the realization of a dream that has been in the making for nearly 40 years. Dr. Emmanuel Woloko Mbua, the CBC Director of Communication and Publications, described the launch as a moment of divine intervention, stating emphatically, "It has been long awaited. All efforts in the past failed. We can only say this is God's time."
