Ministry of Forestry & Wildlife: Fresh Blood To Spur Efficiency

Forestry and Wildlife Minister installed newly-appointed officials of his ministry last Friday.

The Minister of Forestry and Wildlife, Philippe Ngole Ngwesse has installed the Director of General Affairs, Aaron Mbwana and the Director of Wood Processing and Transformation, Djogo Toumouksala, who were recently appointed by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Philemon Yang.

The officials were installed in a colourful ceremony that took place at the conference hall of the ministry on Friday November 10, 2017. While installing the newly-appointed officials, the Minister pointed out to them that they are stepping into the shoes of two officials that have served government well and were going on a well deserved retirement.

He noted that they have not been appointed to enjoy as observers may think, and outlined the daunting tasks that await them in their respective departments.
