Bernard Wongolo : Seasoned, Experienced Administrator

Upon getting his appointment by President Paul Biya on June 3, 2022 as the pioneer Chairperson of the Governing Board of the State University of Bertoua, Bernad Wongolo reacting to the press said, “I lack words to express my feelings. It is feeling of joy, profound gratitude and acknowledgement to the President of the Republic, National President of the CPDM for the high trust he has bestowed on my humble person.”
Bernard Wongolo, born in 1954 in Yokadouma in Boumba and Ngoko Division of the East Region is the current Deputy Secretary General of Cameroon’s Senate. He is a seasoned administrator and had served as the Governor of the South Region from 2005 to 2010. His well-grounded nature in administration is thanks to his educational background.
